How long do sessions last?
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
That really depends on your goals for therapy. If you want to focus on a specific life event or stress trigger - we can work in a short term structured way with clear objectives. Or, if you want to work through deeper, long standing issues like trauma, relational difficulties and interpersonal dynamics - therapy may be more open ended.
I work to your pace and agenda.
